How to think about Science

I recently discovered a series of podcasts from CBC Radio that I wanted to recommend: How to think about Science —  RSS Feed

So far there are eleven episodes, each featuring an engaging interview with a contemporary figure in science, and their usually controversial ideas. Hosted by David Cayley, the regular voice of another excellent CBC program entitled Ideas (RSS Feed), it provides a rich and nuanced background on the crises and triumphs in current scientific thinking.

Be sure to take a look at all of CBC’s podcasts. They have a large selection of topical programs and provide a model for access and exchange of information that a lot of other broadcasters would do well to emulate.
